Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hiratsuka arrived unannounced at the facility to conduct a required annual inspection. LPA toured the facility with the caregivers on duty. Administrator arrived during visit. Today's inspection, LPA and Caregiver conducted a tour of the facility to ensure the health and safety of residents in care. Areas toured included but not limited to five residents bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, staff room, laundry room, garage and the common areas. LPA observed facility to have the mandated required posters. LPA observed toxins and sharps to be stored separately in a locked space. LPA observed medications to be locked and secured in the closet. LPA observed residents room to be clean and free from malodor. In areas toured, no immediate health and safety personal rights violations observed. LPA reviewed staff and resident files. Several topics were discussed. No deficiencies cited.
