Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jason Lund arrived unannounced to conduct a health and safety visit. LPA met with Business Office Manager Kenny Remos and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA Lund toured the physical plant with Business Service Officer Kenny Remos to ensure compliance with Title 22 regulations and to ensure the residents from the other facility had the required necessities to meet the needs of the residents. LPA Lund observed temporary beds for the residents and medication rooms for the residents’ medications. The residents have a common area, resident bathrooms, and dining room area and is in compliance. Currently there are 20 of the 22 residents at the facility who are supposed to be arriving at the facility. Residents medications are in a secure location. Resident’s needs are being met. Per California Code of Regulations (CCR) - Title 22, Division 6, no citations were provided during today's visit. An exit interview was held, and a copy of the report was provided.
