What the inspector wrote

On September 16, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassie Yang arrived unannounced at the facility to conduct a post licensing inspection. LPA met with staff who contacted Administrator who arrived to the facility shortly afterwards. Today's visit, LPA and Administrator discussed submitting a referral to technical support program for support with staff records and training. A referral will be submitted today. LPA and Administrator discussed resident observations and the residents level of care. At this time, LPA was unable to complete post licensing inspection. LPA will continue inspection at a later day. Exit interview conducted and a copy of the report was provided.
