This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews conducted, Licensee did not comply as S1 would serve residents in care dinner at approximately 5 PM but breakfast the following morning at approximately 9 to 10 AM exceeding 15 hours, which poses a potential risk for residents in care.
