What the inspector wrote

On June 27, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassie Yang arrived unannounced at the facility to conduct a pre-licensing inspection utilizing the inspection tool. LPA met with Applicants and explained the purpose of the visit. Today's visit, LPA and Applicants conducted a tour of the facility. Areas toured included but not limited to: six private residents room, two bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, office, backyard and the common areas. LPA observed facility to have seven days of non-perishable food present. LPA observed rooms to be properly furnished. LPA observed designated space for sharps, toxins and medications. LPA observed the exterior pathway to be free of obstructions. LPA and Applicants discussed the new change of the dementia regulations, along with updated storage space regulation. LPA provided a copy of 87309 Storage Space and Access ; 87705 Care of Persons with Dementia ; and LIC 602A. Based on today's inspection, the pre-licensing inspection has passed. Comp III has been waived as Applicant has multiple licensed facilities with Community Care Licensing Division. Applicant has satisfied all requirements in accordance to per Title 22, California Code of Regulations. CAB will be notified accordingly of licensure. Exit interview conducted and a copy of the report was provided.
