Post-licensing visit·February 27, 2026

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sabrina Calzada arrived unannounced to a Post-Licensing inspection. LPA met with caregiver, Stephanie Jaucian, and stated the reason for today's inspection. Administrator Designee arrived shortly, around 2:20 pm. LPA was advised there is currently (1) resident at the facility, and the resident moved in on February 17, 2026. LPA observed a visitor departing at the start of the inspection. The administrator, Curtis Robinson, arrived at 2:45 pm. LPA and the Administrator toured the interior and exterior of the facility including the common areas, (6) private resident bedrooms, (2) resident bathrooms, (2)staff rooms and a bathroom, kitchen, and laundry area. LPA observed the facility to be clean, in good repair and odor free. There is sufficient 2+ day perishable, including fresh produce, and 7+ day perishable supply of food. LPA observed the (1) resident to be comfortably resting in their room. LPA reviewed the resident's file and staff files. All files are organized and contain current documents, including staff training. There is a table/chairs outside on the patio. There are no obstructions to any exit doors. All exit doors have auditors alerts when opened. All postings are visible in the common area. LPA requested a copy of the current liability insurance. There are no deficiencies issued in this report.
