Pre-licensing visit·August 5, 2025

On August 5, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassie Yang arrived at the facility utilizing pre-licensing inspection tool. LPA met with Applicant and explained the purpose of the visit. Today's inspection, LPA and Applicant conducted a tour of the interior and exterior of the facility to ensure it is appropriate and in ready condition for operation. LPA observed kitchen to be clean and free of pest, with designated space for sharps, toxins, and medications. LPA observed four private bedrooms, one shared bedroom and a staff room. LPA observed the model resident bedroom to have the required furnishing. LPA observed laundry room to have a code entry where residents will not have access to. LPA observed common areas to be clean and sanitary. LPA observed the exterior of the facility to be free of dangerous tools and/or weapons and pathways to be free of obstructions. Comp III was waived by Applicant as Applicant is the Licensee for multiple residential care facility for the elderly. Based on today's inspection, the pre-licensing inspection has passed. Applicant has satisfied all requirements in accordance to per Title 22, California Code of Regulations. CAB will be notified accordingly of inspection and will reach out to Applicant regarding licensure. Exit Interview and copy of report provided to Applicant.
