Pre-licensing visit·October 16, 2025

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassie Yang arrived at the facility to conduct a pre-licensing inspection. LPA met with Applicants and explained the purpose of the visit. Today's inspection, LPA and Applicants conducted a tour of the interior of the facility. LPA observed the facility to be clean, sanitary and in good repair. LPA discussed about Bedroom 4 being ambulatory only, therefore it can be converted to a staff room. LPA and Applicants discussed Bedroom 1 being cleared for one bedridden, LPA discussed the importance of notifying fire authority when a bedridden resident on hospice is admitted to a non-ambulatory room. LPA observed the facility to have a secured spaced for medications, toxins, sharps and confidential records. Comp III was completed with Applicants. Additionally, LPA provided Applicants a copy of the following: LIC 311F LIC 602A LIC 624 LIC 624A California Code Regulation 87211 California Code Regulation 87615 California Code Regulation 87616 Health Safety C ode 1569.625 Health Safety Code 1569.69 The pre-licensing inspection has passed. Applicants satisfied all requirements in accordance to per Title 22, California Code of Regulations. CAB will be notified accordingly of licensure. Exit Interview and copy of report provided to Applicants.
