What the inspector wrote

On February 19, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassie Yang arrived at the facility to conduct a pre-licensing inspection utilizing the inspection tool. LPA met with Applicant and explained the purpose of the visit. There are currently three residents in care. Today's inspection, LPA and Applicant conducted a tour of the interior of the facility. Areas toured included but not limited to: kitchen, four residents bedrooms, staff room, laundry room, garage, medication room, bathrooms and the common areas. LPA observed cleaning supplies, sharps and medications to be locked and inaccessible to residents in care. LPA observed facility to have at least two days of perishables and seven days of nonperishable food present at the facility. LPA observed fire extinguisher available for usage, with service date of July 30, 2025, facility has an active contract for annual servicing. LPA observed facility to have the required compliance posters in the common areas. LPA observed residents bedrooms to have the required furnishing. File review was conducted for Administrative records, resident records and personnel records. It was discussed that once licensed, a technical support program referral will be submitted for Applicant to receive additional support. Based on today's inspection, the pre-licensing inspection has passed. Applicant has satisfied all requirements in accordance to per Title 22, California Code of Regulations. CAB will be notified accordingly of licensure. Exit Interview and copy of report provided to Applicant.
