What the inspector wrote

On 12/02/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Talwinder Bains arrived at the facility to conduct pre-licensing inspection . LPA met with applicant, Chiwen Hildebrandt and explained the purpose of the visit. The applicant will complete following items in order to complete the pre-licensing visit; Please have all required posters placed in a conspicuous place. Required posters include Rights of Resident Councils; Bill of Rights and Personal Rights; Complaint Poster and Ombudsman's poster. Facility shall lock all areas where chemicals, sharp objects will be stored so it will be inaccessible to residents. Medications closet will be locked and inaccessible to residents. Facility will comply with required fire and disaster drills per requirement. Facility will ensure that all residents rooms have required furniture per requirements. Several topics were discussed during this visit. The license is not being approved this date due to these pending items. Applicant was advised to review Title 22 Regulations to ensure that facility will be ready for pre-licensing visit for future date. No deficiencies are being cited as a result of the inspection. Technical assistance was provided. LPA will contact Centralized Applications with a current status update and also once the follow-up inspection has been completed. LPA will continue the pre-licensing inspection at another date. Exit interview was conducted. A copy of the report was provided to applicant.
