Pre-licensing visit·February 5, 2026

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassie Yang arrived at the facility to conduct a Pre-Licensing inspection utilizing the inspection tool. LPA met with Applicant and explained the purpose of the visit. Today's visit, LPA and Applicant conducted a tour of the interior and exterior of the facility. LPA observed residents bedrooms to be properly furnished. LPA observed bathrooms to be equipped with hand bars, personal hygiene supplies, and observed bathrooms to be free of mal odors. LPA observed facility to have ample supply of food available for residents in care. LPA observed exterior pathways to be free of obstructions. LPA observed facility to be in good repair. File review was conducted for residents records, personnel records, and Emergency Disaster Plan. LPA observed documents to be complete and compliance to Title 22 requirements. Additionally, a copy of LIC 311 and Health and Safety Code 1569.625 was provided to Applicant. Based on today's inspection, the pre-licensing inspection has passed. Comp III was conducted with Applicant. Applicant has satisfied all requirements in accordance to per Title 22, California Code of Regulations. CAB will be notified accordingly of licensure. Exit Interview and copy of report provided to Applicant.
