Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sabrina Calzada, arrived unannounced to conduct a health and safety inspection following the issuance of a new facility license on January 1, 2026. LPA met with Brenda Cobos, Administrator and Jennifer Lee, VP, and stated the reason for today's inspection. During today's inspection, a tour of the interior was conducted, and the following was discussed and/or observed: Current staffing levels Current supply of perishable/non-perishable foods New facility phone # Resident census including any recent/pending move-outs Staff training/orientation New laundry processes Other miscellaneous topics During today's tour, LPA observed the common areas and resident rooms to be clean, in good repair and odor free. Residents' beds were made and rooms were tidy and dusted. LPA observed sufficient amounts of perishable and non-perishable food in the kitchen. LPA observed residents to be preparing for lunch in the dining room. There were no deficiencies observed during today's inspection. There are no citation issued in this report. A copy of the new license was printed and provided during today's inspection since a copy has not arrived by mail yet. The prior license was also returned to LPA during today's inspection.
