What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Talwinder Bains arrived at the facility unannounced on 4/23/26 to conduct a Case Management. LPA met with Administrator, Nicoleta Osanu and explained the purpose of today's visit. During today's visit, the Department checked the food supply and did a brief walk through the facility with staff. LPA observed all four residents at the facility during this visit. No concerns noted. Several topics were discussed. No immediate health and safety concerns were noted during this visit. No citations were issued per Title 22 Regulations from today's visit. Exit interview conducted and copy of the report left at facility.
