What the inspector wrote

On 5/15/25 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Holly Williams conducted a case management inspection to address a family member (FM) living in the facility. LPA met with Romeo Apuya and together discussed the report. LPA asked Apuya to call the licensee Mary Jane Apuya and they gave permission for Romeo Apuya to sign this report. LPA conducted an inspection to check to see if the Family Member (FM) was still living in the dining room and the FM was not. Upon touring the home at 9:30 AM LPA observed cleaning supplies and laundry detergents that were unlocked and accessible to the residents in the laundry room and laundry room hallway. The following deficiency was observed and cited on the following LIC 809-D pursuant to Title 22 Rules and Regulations, Health and Safety Codes. Appeal rights were printed and a copy was given to Romeo Apuya at this time. Exit Interview
