This regulation was not met as evidence by: Based on record review and interviews, Licensee did not ensure R1 was seen by a licensed skilled professional timely. R1 did not receive timely medical attention when they developed pressure injuries prior to going into septic shock, which was their primary cause of death. This poses an immediate risk to residents in care.
