Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Three out of three staff members reported they did not speak to residents in care inappropriately. It was also learned that no resident has eloped from the facility, and the facility has awake staff for all shifts. In addition, the facility exit doors are alarmed. Three out three staff members reported they always supervise residents in care. Due to the above noted information, although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, and therefore the allegation are unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to the facility.
