Type A. Serious citation. Imminent or substantial risk to children. The regulator requires corrective action immediately and may impose a civil penalty.
Type B. Lower-severity citation. Corrective action required, no imminent risk. The regulator monitors compliance on the next visit.

Basic Services: Basic services shall at a minimum include: Care and supervision as defined in Section 87101(c)(3) and Health and Safety Code section 1569.2(c) this requirement was not met as evidenced by resident #1 was able to leave exit her bedroom and walk around the facility back yard and exit the side of the facility where resident encountered community members who escorted resident back to her facility. which poses a potential health safety and personal rights to residents in care.
