On 8/20/25 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kevin Gould conducted an unannounced case management inspection to complete the fire inspection process and complete the license change to a integral facility. LPA conducted a walk through of the home and observed a newly approved fire clearance from the fire marshal. LPA observed the facility to be in compliance with the update fire clearance and will update the facility license to include language of an integral facility with two address listed on the license. LPA will update the license and send a new copy of the license via email at the address on file. Per California Code of Regulations no deficiencies were observed or cited during today's inspection. Exit interview conducted an a copy of this report was left at the home.
