What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Vincent Moleski arrived unannounced in order to conduct a case management visit to follow up on the plan of correction for a citation issued on October 10, 2023. LPA Moleski met with facility administrator Jennell Revera and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA Moleski interviewed Revera and staff. No deficiencies were cited during this visit. An exit interview was held and a copy of this report was left with sales assistant Krystal Cosaino.
