What the inspector wrote

On 1/20/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M. Medina conducted an unannounced Case Management visit. LPA introduced self, stated purpose of visit, and allowed entrance by Administrator, Felicidad Ramos Kankelborg. LPA Medina conducted Case Management visit to verify if Staff 1 (S1) is currently working in the facility. Administrator advised an exclusion was ordered and issued by the Department. LPA verified with Administrator that S1 has not worked in facility since December 2023. Administrator disassociated S1 from facility personnel report during case management visit. No deficiencies sited during this Case Management visit.
