What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sarah Hurt conducted an unannounced facility visit to conduct a Case Management. LPA met with facility Licensee Felicidad Kankelborg, and explained the purpose of today's visit. LPA obtained additional information about the addition to the facility and the construction taking place at the facility. LPA discussed details with the Licensee about the neighborhood complaint policy. Additional information/documentation was requested by Monday November 3, 2025. No deficiencies cited Per Title 22 Regulation. Exit interview conducted with facility Licensee Felicidad Kankelborg, and a copy of this report provided.
