Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tricia Danielson arrived unannounced to the facility to conduct a case management visit to address a deficiency observed during the investigation of complaint control number 18-AS-20210121081555. During a facility visit on 2/28/2023, while waiting to interview Staff #1 (S1) who was in room 60 assisting two (2) residents with toileting and changing their adult briefs, LPA heard S1 exclaim loudly, "JESUS CHRIST!" After S1 was finished with her assistance to the residents, LPA conducted the interview with S1 privately in a separate room. Upon being asked what her loud exclamation pertained to, S1 stated, "I'm not gonna lie; I got poop on my wrist". Therefore, based on LPA's observations, the following deficiency was cited per Title 22, Division 6 of the California Code of Regulations. See LIC 809D. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided along with LIC811- Confidential Names list and Appeal Rights.
