What the inspector wrote

Based on the evidence gathered during the investigation, the above allegation is SUBSTANTIATED. A finding that the complaint is SUBSTANTIATED means that the allegation is valid because the preponderance of the evidence standard has been met. A deficiency is being cited according to California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6 and listed on the attached LIC 9099D. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report (LIC9099 and LIC9099D) with appeal rights was provided to Maria Carrillo Molina at the conclusion of the visit.
