Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Magda Malcore conducted an unannounced visit to the facility to conduct a Health and Safety Check. LPA met with Helen Akopyan, Administrator and discussed the purpose of the visit. The facility is a certified vendor for Inland Regional Center (IRC). During today’s visit, LPA Malcore observed no residents at the facility. Two (2) residents were attending Day Program and one (1) resident was with a family member. LPA toured the facility and observed no immediate health and safety concerns. An exit interview was conducted were this report was discussed and a copy was provided to the Administrator at the conclusion of the visit.
