What the inspector wrote

Based on the information obtained there is not enough evidence that the facility doors are too heavy for residents in wheel chairs to open and exit at will and sinks are not wheelchair accessible .Therefore, the allegations are deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED at this time. This report was signed by LPA Prieto and Executive Director Figueroa and a copy was left with the facility.
