What the inspector wrote

On 3/16/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) E. Conchas made an unannounced visit to the facility to conduct a health and safety check. LPA met with Administrator, Regina Chavez , and explained the purpose of the visit. During today's health and safety check LPA conducted an overall status of the facility. At the time of the visit there were no staff or residents present. However, LPA did observe personal belongings. Administrator revealed the facility is being occupied by care staff who work at The Hills of Stillman. The staff will be the main care staff for this facility once the facility receives residents. The facility was observed to have operable utilities (gas, water, electricity). LPA did not observe liability insurance. One deficiency was cited. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Administrator, Regina Chavez
