What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Magda Malcore initiated a case management based on observations made during complaint investigation #56-AS-20260417094518. LPA met with Staff Alejoy Treyes and informed the purpose for the visit. LPA informed Administrator, Iren Creighton, the purpose for the visit via telephone. On 4/24/2026, LPA observed Resident #1 (R1) sleeping in a room with a bed and dresser, that did not have fire clearance as a designated bedroom. Staff stated that R1 was moved into the room today. Based on interviews and observations, a deficiency is being cited in accordance with Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations. An exit interview was conducted where this report and correction plans were discussed. A copy was provided with appeal rights to Staff Alejoy Treyes.
