What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sarina Ramirez conducted an unannounced visit to the facility to conduct a Health and Safety check. LPA met with Administrator Adelaida Galasinao, and discussed the purpose of the visit. While LPA was sitting in the dining room, LPA observed two (2) living roaches crawling on a dining chair and dining table. Based on observation deficiencies were cited per Title 22, Division 6 of The California Code of Regulations. An exit interview was conducted where the Licensing reports were discussed and copies of the reports with Appeal Rights was provided to Administrator Adelaida Galasinao.
