What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ryan Gardner made an unannounced visit to the facility to conduct a case management visit to verify staff (S1, S2) were associated to the facility. LPA Gardner identified herself to Administrator, Julie Olmedo, who was also informed of the purpose of the visit. Julie Olmedo provided LPA Gardner with LIC 9182 forms and driver licenses for both S1 and S2. Based on the observations made during today’s visit, no deficiencies were cited per Title 22, Division 6, of the California Code of Regulations. An exit interview was conducted, and this report was discussed and provided to Administrator Julie Olmedo.
