Based on LPA observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above chemicals kept unlocked and unattended in two (2) resident bathrooms, garage, hallway table. Sharp knives were observed in a cabinet were stored unlocked and lock was not working properly; which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
