Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Interviews conducted with residents in care revealed no issues with obtaining toiletry supplies, including toilet paper. Resident interviews corroborated receiving two rolls of toilet paper a week and that was an adequate amount or more than enough. Based on staff and resident interviews, the finding regarding the above allegation was established to be unsubstantiated. This finding means although the allegation may have happened or could be valid there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. LPA conducted an exit interview with Julia Lopez who was notified a copy of the Complaint Investigation Report (LIC9099) and Licensee Rights (LIC9058 01-2016) will be provided at the conclusion of the visit.
