Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Natasha Persaud conducted a Case Management - Other visit. LPA met with Administrator, Rocio Granda. The facility is licensed to care for 113 Non-ambulatory elderly residents. The facility applied for a bedridden fire clearance for one (1) resident. The Fire Marshall approved the fire clearance for one (1) bedridden resident on 06/27/24. During today’s visit, LPA toured the interior and exterior of the facility and observed no immediate health or safety issues. The facility sketches/floor plans remained consistent with the current layout of the facility. This portion of the application process has been completed. The Licensee will be sent an updated license to reflect the new fire clearance after CCLD management’s final review and approval. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report along with Licensee Rights (LIC 9058 03/22) were provided to Administrator, Rocio Granda whose signature below confirms receipt of these rights.
