Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Interviews with both internal and external sources did not report any concerns with personal belongings going missing and some interviews reported the resident may have misplaced some of the items. Although some of the interviews confirmed the resident had reported some items missing to facility staff, there was no evidence to prove the items were missing due to staff not safeguarding the items. Based on the evidence obtained, the allegation was Unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted with Administrator Mariaelena Villa, to whom a copy of this report, and Licensee/Appeals Rights (LIC 9058), were provided.
