Routine inspection (multi-day)·July 22, 2024

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sabel Martinez conducted an unannounced Required Annual Inspection. The LPA introduced himself and disclosed the purpose of the visit to Administrator Natalie Bond. The facility was licensed for a capacity of six (6) non-ambulatory residents, of which one (1) may be bedridden in room # 1. The facility had a hospice waiver for two (2) residents. During the visit, the LPA reviewed pending records and conducted interviews. The facility was clean, sanitary, and in good repair. Pathways were free of obstruction and slip hazards. Resident bedrooms contained the required furnishings. Per staff, nor firearms, nor ammunition were kept at the facility. Technical advise was provided and no deficiencies were cited on today's date. An exit interview was conducted with Administrator Bond, to whom a copy of this report, and Licensee/Applicant Rights (LIC 9058), were provided.
