What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dang Nguyen conducted an unannounced Case Management visit. LPA was welcomed by and identified himself to Caregiver Rosia-Maribel Ferrer. LPA then met and discussed the purpose of the visit with Licensee Maria Castro. LPA briefly toured the facility, performed a health and safety welfare check on the residents in care, and spoke with staff. No deficiencies were observed or cited on this date. An exit interview was conducted with Castro, to whom a copy of this report and the Licensee/Appeal Rights (LIC9058 01/16) were provided.
