(Continued from LIC9099) Interviews with residents revealed some residents have experienced uncomfortable temperature in their rooms However, the front desk responds to requests to adjust the temperature throughout the day and night. During a facility tour, LPA observed individual thermometers in the hallway near R1's room to reflect a temperature range of 76-78 degrees. Temperatures throughout the common area averaged temperature range of 75-78 degrees. Based on interviews, and LPA observations there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove alleged violations occurred, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated.
