Type A. Serious citation. Imminent or substantial risk to children. The regulator requires corrective action immediately and may impose a civil penalty.
Type B. Lower-severity citation. Corrective action required, no imminent risk. The regulator monitors compliance on the next visit.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on records review and interviews it was disclosed that the licensee did not report as required numerous instances of verbal abuse to a resident (R1) by another resident (R2). This posed a potential health and safety risk to two (2) six (6) residents in care.
