Company Report, all of which reflect that the property was transferred from the previous owner to the licensee in the latter part of 2021. Records reflect that the property is currently in the name of the licensee, and the investigation yielded no evidence to indicate that there was ever a time when the licensee did not maintain control of property since taking over the facility in July 2022. Based upon a review of records and interviews conducted, we have found that the complaint allegation was unfounded, meaning that the allegation was false, could not have happened, and/or is without a reasonable basis. Therefore, as to the above listed allegation, the facility is in compliance with Title 22 regulations at this time, and we have dismissed the complaint. An exit interview was conducted with Regina Jackson-Patton, and copies of this report and Licensee Rights (LIC 9058) were provided to the administrator at the conclusion of the visit. Administrator’s signature on this report acknowledges receipt of copies of the rights and report.
