Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Rebecca Borunda conducted an unannounced case management visit. LPA was greeted by, identified herself to, and explained the purpose of the visit to Administrator Ereny Metry. During today's visit, LPA provided the Administrator with consultation and technical assistance regarding ongoing operating requirements, dementia regulation updates, use of the Guardian system, facility application process, and reporting requirements. No deficiencies were cited during today's visit. An exit interview was conducted with Administrator Ereny Metry, whose signature below confirms receipt of a copy of this report and the Licensee Appeal Rights (LIC9058 03/22).
