What the inspector wrote

Regarding the allegation that staff did not ensure hot water was available for residents’ use, the Department conducted an investigation. Resident R1 reported that hot water was available, and staff denied any ongoing issues. The facility provided documentation of water heater replacement. The LPA tested water temperatures in three shower rooms and found them to be within regulatory compliance. Although the above allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove whether the allegations did or did not occur, therefore the above allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. Report is reviewed and a copy of this report is provided to the administrator.
