What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst Bruce Jacobs conducted a case management visit in regards to two incident reports submitted to the Department and received by LPA on 12/14/21. LPA met with Executive Driector Carol Miller and discussed the reports and and the residents. Both reports document that there are two residents with Stage 2 pressure injuries, one on hospice and the other in Assisted Living. Both residents are receiving Home Health wound care services. LPA agreed to provide facility with the Hospice Guide. No deficiencies were identified on this visit and report provided to the Executive Director.
