What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Albert Johnson arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit. LPA met with and explained the purpose of the visit. The purpose of the visit was to deliver invite for an informal meeting schedule for August 14, 2025 at 10:30 am. The informal meeting will be held via Teams platform. The attendance is mandatory and additional information is provide in the letter provided today during the visit. A Health and Safety check was conducted which included overall safety of the facility including food supply, physical plant and staffing. No deficiencies were observed pursuant to Title 22 rules and regulations, Health and Safety Codes. Exit interview conducted
