Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Unannounced case management visit made out to this facility on 08/20/2025 by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Charlie Yang. This LPA was met by the facility designated Administrator, Juliet Ramones, who was briefly interviewed at this time. Current census was 4 residents. The purpose of this case management visit was to review the physical plant changes that were recently made by this Licensee in order to create and add an additional room within this facility. Based on a review of the physical plant, this LPA observed that a room was built in what was originally the living room. It was observed that the walls of this room, except for the original side wall, did not go all of the way up and was left open at the top due to ventilation and for air conditioning purposes. It was observed by this LPA that the local fire department, Lathrop Fire, conducted a fire inspection on 07/17/2025 and cleared the room for use according to their rules and regulations within the Fire Code. Furniture and furnishings were observed to be sufficient and able to meet the needs of the resident at this time. This room had a pocket door that slid from left to right and was able to accommodate one resident at any given time. There were no deficiencies observed or cited during today's case management visit at this time. Exit Interview
