What the inspector wrote

On 1/31/2024 at approximately 2:00 pm Licensing Program Analyst Albert Johnson arrived at the facility to conduct a case management visit. LPA met with Lizeth Guerrero and explained the reason for the visit. The visit was initiated by fire services for an inspection that had violations. The fire prevention inspector initially went out on 12/21/23 regarding an alert of no heat, no emergency lights and the emergency generator being down. The only sustained alert was regarding the emergency generator, which is completely down at this time. At the fire marshal's re-inspection on 1/2/24 the violation was not corrected and to this date is not corrected. Based on the information received by the fire prevention service and observation of the department the facility is out of compliance with 87202 Fire Clearance Deficiencies were observed and cited from the California Code of Regulations, Title 22. Civil penalties assessed Exit interview conducted and a copy of report was sent via email, The printer and computer were in a consistency check. Appeal rights emailed. The reports will be signed and emailed back.
