Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Albert Johnson arrived unannounced to conduct an continued annual Inspection on today's date of 1/23/2025. The LPA met with Administrator L. Guerrero. There are currently fifty five (55) clients in care. The facility has addressed the advisories and has had work completed on the kitchen equipment and the five year fire sprinkler inspection has been completed at Rio Las Palmas located at 877 E. March Lane, Stockton CA. The missing Hydraulic Calc plates from the risers. This NON-CRITICAL and does not impair the fire sprinkler system in any way. The annual continuation is completed. If there are any additional repairs completed, the facility will notify the department if the repairs cause an interruption of services to the residents. Exit interview conducted
