Pre-licensing visit·June 23, 2021

On 06/23/2021 at 11:30am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ashley Boothe arrived unannounced to conduct a Prelicensing Change of Ownership inspection. LPA met with Administrator and explained the purpose of today’s inspection. LPA was allowed entry into the facility that is licensed to serve a total capacity of 160 clients. Current Census is 60. LPA observed central air conditioning system not it working order on today's date. Administrator stated the air conditioning system needs full replacement. Currently there are building permits submitted to the city of Stockton and contractor bids are being reviewed. Portable units have been purchased and in use in all resident rooms and common areas. Administrator will update LPA once repair or replacement is completed. The following is required before facility can be approved for licensure. I. Repair or Replacement of central air conditioning system. Exit interview held, copy of report given.
