LPA Johnson arrived unannounced to follow-up on an incident report for a resident with an infected wound. The facility has a Resident (R1) with a health condition that required hospitalization to receive treatment if the condition becomes unstable. The resident moved into the facility recently and has been utilizing the wound clinic to treat the condition. The facility recently sent R1 out as a result of cellulitis to bilateral lower extremities.
