LPA observed resident did have the admission agreement in thier possession, facility and family member present at the time of the signing report it was given to the resident. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
