Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kesha Lewis and Melina Oropeza arrived unannounced to deliver findings for the above allegations. LPA met with Angela and explained the purpose of the visit. Based on multiple interview with the resident (R1) and observations of R1'S room and records reviewed. the ficility did have care notes for R1 that covered time period, LPA did not obersrve R1'S room to be unsanitary. A finding that the complaint allegation is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided.
