Pre-licensing visit·July 8, 2025

On 7/8/25 at around 1pm Licensing Program Analyst Noel Wolf Petersen arrived announced to conduct a prelicensing inspection with Rolondo and Rae Santiago, RCRH II is a facility for the elderly with a capacity of 4 nonambulatory, there are no clients with restricted conditions at this time. The physical plant was inspected including but not limited to the kitchen, common areas, storage areas, exteriors, evacuation routes, client bedrooms and client bathrooms. The kitchen has has adequate locked storage for sharps and toxics and medication, the furnishings are in good repair. Exteriors are clear of tripping hazzards and have approperate ramps and exits. the evacuation routes are accessible and free of obstructing debris. the client bedrooms and bathrooms have hardware in good repair. The LPA discussed increasing the lighting conditions for night time bathroom use and more grab bars for transitioning to the shower, although they are adequate for current need. The program design, admission agreement, facility license, and administrator certification was reviewed. 2 staff interviews were conducted. The comp III presentation was given. an exit interview was conducted, and a copy of the report was read ad given to the administratosr.
